TERACRYPTION SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Over the years of selling TeraCryption, we have learned that each company has its own security policies. Some prefer to encrypt and store files on OneDrive, Google Drive, or Amazon, while others choose to encrypt and keep files on their own servers. Companies that encrypt files, whether big or small, need a way to share these encrypted files. The TeraCryption Plans focus on encryption, file sharing, management, and logging to track each operation for compliance purposes.
We have prepared these four Service Plans to help you choose the most appropriate one for your goals. Contact us for a quotation and a demo.
SELECT A PLAN FOR YOUR TERACRYPTION SECURE LAYER BASED ON YOUR FILE PROTECTION NEEDS.
PLAN 1
TERAKEY
Users install TeraKey Pro on their computers and store encrypted files in their My TeraKey folder. They exchange encrypted files via email, from folder to folder between computers on the network, or by using TeraMail.

-
Each user installs TeraKey on their computer and activates it with their credentials.
-
Users encrypt files on their computer and store them in their My TeraKey folder.
-
Encrypted files can be stored anywhere.
-
The administrator creates groups to manage access to specific encrypted files.
-
Users can send encrypted files to other TeraKey users in their Group via email, the network or TeraMail.
-
No one can access encrypted files without TeraKey and specific permissions.
-
Files are protected with unbreakable encryption.
-
Encryption keys are managed automatically. Human intervention is not required.
-
My TeraKey folder facilitates encryption and storage of files. It is equivalent to “My Documents,” except that all the files are encrypted.
-
TeraKey is the encryption engine; files are never uploaded to any service for encryption, ensuring they remain under your custody at all times.
PLAN 2
TERAKEY FOR SECURE CLOUD STORAGE AND SHARING CONTROL OF FILES.
TeraLink connects each user's TeraKey to automatically store encrypted files in the corresponing Group folders in an independent, dedicated OneDrive, Google Drive or Amazon cloud storage account.

Plan 2 has the same features as Plan 1, with the following additional operational features:
-
The administrator creates a new Google Drive, MS OneDrive or Amazon S3 cloud storage account and uses TeraLink to connect to the cloud service.
-
TeraKey users' application will encrypt files and automatically upload them to a group folder in the cloud service.
-
The TeraCryption security layer only needs one account of the cloud service.
-
Users are not allowed to access the cloud service directly.
-
Users can view in their Explorer the list of encrypted files in each shared group folder stored on the cloud service.
-
Cloud-stored encrypted files can only be accessed using the TeraKey application after logging in.
-
TeraLink will automatically and simultaneously manage the upload and download of new and edited encrypted files between each user's TeraKey and the cloud service.
-
TeraLink will only upload TeraKey-encrypted files, blocking ransomware uploads.
-
TeraLink automatically creates shared group folders in the cloud for each group created by the administrator.
-
In case of a cyberattack, the attacker may encrypt the users' computers, but will not have access to the cloud storage service where the TeraKey-encrypted files are safely stored.
-
After the attack, do not pay the ransom. The administrator only needs to reinstall TeraKey to provide access to the encrypted files stored in the cloud.
PLAN 3
TERAKEY FOR SECURE STORAGE ON THE SERVER
TeraLink connects each user's TeraKey to automatically store encrypted group files in secure folders on the server. Files are shared without using email.

Plan 3 has the same features as Plan 1 with the following aditional operational features:
-
Store TeraKey-encrypted files in a central folder on the server.
-
TeraLink automatically connects each TeraKey user's application to the central folder.
-
Users can view in their Explorer the list of encrypted files in each shared group folder stored on the server.
-
TeraKey users can securely share encrypted files stored on the server, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMMC and other security regulations to manage sensitive information.
-
Files can be easily shared via drag-and-drop or 'Save as...' to group virtual folders showing on thier Explorer, accessible only when logged into TeraKey.
-
Note: If you do not use a central server in your business, any computer in a peer-to-peer network can act as the server to store the group's encrypted shared files. Our support team can do the installation on an online session.
PLAN 4
TERABACKUP TO A CLOUD
Mirror automatically to a cloud service all the encrypted files and tree structure stored in the central folder on the server in Plan 3 to restore operations after a cyberattack. Save your business!

Plan 4 has the same features as Plan 3 with the following aditional operational features:
-
Add TeraBackup if encrypted files are stored in the server's central folder to enable restoring operations after a cyberattack and avoid paying a ransom.
-
Install TeraBackup on the server and link it to a private Google Drive, MS OneDrive or Amazon storage account. TeraBackup will replicate folders and files from the central TeraKey folder and automatically upload any new or edited files to the cloud mirror.
-
All files in the central TeraKey folder on the server have bveen encrypted by each Terakey user. You can safely store a copy in the cloud mirror folder, as neither Google, OneDrive or Amazon can decrypt them without the key. Your mirrored TeraKey files are fully protected.
-
Recovering operations after an attack is quick. Reinstall Windows Server and Windows 10/11, then install and log into TeraBackup. The complete file structure, folders, and files will be restored to the new TeraKey folder on the server.
-
To finish recovery, users install TeraKey to log in and access shared encrypted files, enabling the company to restore operations without paying the ransom.
-
As an option, TeraBackup can automatically back up your Windows SQL database, encrypt it, and store it in the same cloud service as the mirrored central folder, allowing for easy restoration if the company's database is compromised.
-
Note: If you do not use a central server in your business, any computer in a peer-to-peer network can act as the server to store the group encrypted shared files. Our support team can do the installation on an online session.
